Olive (Olea Europaea) The olive tree grows as an evergreen tree and reaches a height of 10 to 20 meters. The olive is used in furniture construction and above all in kitchen utensils. The wood is cream to tan with contrasting darker brown or black stripes. The color tends to deepen with age. 

Warm and natural to the touch. Clean carefully with a damp cloth, the olive does not tolerate prolonged contact with water. The hardwood handles are very popular and provide a great contrast to stainless steel machines and worktops.
