The new lightness: With the BigStep LITE, Pullman has managed to reduce the weight of the base to an incredible 137g including the cone. The side wall shrinks to 9 mm and thus allows more control even with higher grammages. 440C stainless steel - this is the highest quality class approved for food - with its extreme hardness guarantees the usual durability of normal BigStep, even with its more delicate construction. Conclusion: the same performance, even more feeling when tamping. With the tamping, the spacer is installed in 5 mm, 2 mm and 8 mm are included.
