The classic among high-end scales

The Acaia Pearl™ sets a new standard in coffee scales. The Pearl, which measures to a tenth of a gram, responds to the smallest changes within 2 ms, making it faster than most scales and giving direct feedback. 

The Pearl is large enough to easily weigh a complete basket carrier: this makes weighing each individual espresso shot child's play: switch on, place the basket carrier, press the T (tare) button, grind, weigh again: the coffee is weighed exactly in a matter of seconds, without having to take a detour via other vessels. A real alternative, especially for mills that do not grind quite as consistently. And it's a daily routine in high-end coffee bars anyway.

But the Pearl can do a lot more: thanks to the brewing function with timer, it is the ideal scale for brewing: whether it's a V60, Chemex or Kalita.
The protective, removable silicone cover makes it possible to brew a pour over directly on the scale.
